Cancellation/withdrawal policy

1. Right of cancellation/withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

2. Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

3. Notification of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (tenartcustom@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a statement clearly expressing your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

4. Compliance with the withdrawal period

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

5. Effect of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of if applicable, a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us) immediately and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. This refund will not incur any costs for you.

6. Right of retention

We may defer the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier.

7. Returning the goods

You must return or hand back the goods to us (Vincent Leroux, 1269 Route de l'Ancienne Fabrique, 61270, Beaufai, France) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

This period is deemed to have been observed if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

8. Return costs

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Compensation in the event of depreciation of the goods

You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.
